    Now i see. But do you have to change Video Format? Doesn’t it just read your source?

    This won’t make you feel any better – I couldn’t get it to do a CBR either. Yeah, you’ll have to pick a different tool.

    I thought you couldn’t make DVD’s in 1920×1080?
    I thought all of us had to compress movies to 480?

    All DVDs are SD.

    But MPEG2 can be sized at HD sizes.

    For example, the Blu-Ray Spec permits VC-1, h264 or MPEG2 streams @ HD sizes.

    So on DVDs, there is NO way to get about 480 on it?
    You must burn to a BLU-Ray, and have a BLU-RAY player to have anything above 480?
