Considering K2 card…
For various reasons I am considering swapping out our DL HD Pro card and getting a K2 instead. Are there any features the DL card has that the K2 is lacking? I’m not sure where the K2 drivers are up to at the moment.

K2 drivers are now up to offering the 2YUV codec (or is it YUV2?) which is supposed to allow Kona 2 to play footage captured on either the DL or CineWave card. Also, K2 can now perform SD to HD upconverts as well as downconverts via the card.
Beyond that, I’m not really sure what the differences are. The K2 running in my system now has been pretty rock solid since it was installed right after Christmas. I replaced my CineWave with the K2 and it’s been a good move over here as we migrate to more and more HD post.
