Connecting HV20
hi,
i have now a canon hdv HV20 and i cannot find a way to male it visible by final cut6 and then capture..is there a trick i miss? thanx -

Connect it via firewire. Turn it on. IN FCP, choose the 1080i60 HDV easy setup, then open the Capture tool.

hi, thanx.
i tried many ways than i realized i had to set capture preset to HDV Firewire (there are many types..) and plug via firewire the camera already set on PLAYBACK mode..not a plug/play method..
