Have created and layed on the sequence a multi layered psd and want to edit it to music. If I add the connected file and open it up for adjusting lengths, the audio goes away. I need to edit these texts to audio. Hmmm..

    Thx

I exported the layers as individual images and it worked fine. I thought the elegance of a multi-layer psd would shine through?!?

Isn’t that file inside FCPX a compound clip? If so, that’s like a nested sequence in Premiere. So when you step into the compound, you won’t see or hear what was in the sequence “above” or “outside” of it until you step back out.
