connect decklink pro to TV set?
Hi, just installed my decklink pro, havent purchased a broadcast monitor as yet,so would like to connect decklink pro to my tv for monitoring. Can anyone point me in the right direction? Is this possible?

Hi,
get a bnc to rca connector and plug it to your
y video out cable on your decklink , connect to your tv,
it the win version is the same as the mac, got to your
BM control Panel, select video output through Y out and
you should be all setupRegards

Sorry Olivier, that’s not correct. The Decklink Pro has no analog output – you cannot connect the Pro to anything unless it has an SDI input. You can purchase SDI-Analog convertors, but frankly I’d be more inclined to replace the card for a Decklink Extreme.

Euhm, the decklink pro has component YUV output, which you can configure to be a composite output on the “Y” connector.
The regular decklink is the only SD card that has no analog out.
