    Hello,

    I really got a problem:

    I rendered 2 movies to 3.6 GB = total 7.2 GB
    adding 2x AC3 with 300 MB = total 600 MB

    Total: 7.8 GB

    And the whole project is already over 8.5 GB.. something round 8.7 GB… and not fitting on a double Layer at all.

    Encore is fine with “do not transcode”, everything seems right.. why is encore adding so much MB for nothing?

    I did not forget to count Menu, it’s around 10MB.

    Please help.
    Thx =)

    I would carefully check everything. I have never seen Encore add that much extra. It appears there is something being transcoded. I would go to the file folders, checking each one of the for size and see where the extra data resides – this might give you a clue as to what is happening. especially check the transcodes folder.

    other point:

    8,5GB are 8.39GB – take care about 1000 vs. 1024! that´s a gap for a lot people.

    same with DVD-5 (4.7GB), it only has 4.39GB totally size.

    cheers
