Confused about the EX1 – BC-U1 PSU/charger
What exactly are the orange & green painted spots labelled 0%, 80%,100% on the unit? They don’t appear to be leds!

They refer to the charging state readout of the single LED. Flashing orange tells you that the battery’s being charged. Flashing green will show for an 80% charge and steady green for fully charged. My interpretation probably isn’t perfect but it’s close enough, at least for me.
