Conforming 60fps from T2i in Cinema Tools for Slow Motion
From what I understand, the T2i shoots 60fps actually at 59.64. Accordingly, when I conform in cinema tools for slow motion, should I conform to 30 fps and 24 fps? Or should I conform to 29.97 fps and 23.97 fps?

You should conform to match the sequence you are editing in so no rendering and silky smooth slo mo.

FYI, I do this alot and found fcpx natively in timeline can conform 60 to 30 in real slowmo…it’s not keyframeable (yet) but a step in a good direction.

so let’s say my sequence is set for 23.97 because the rest of my recordings are 24fps from my T2i (which would be 23.97). Then I should conform all my 60fps to 23.97?

Yup. As stated before, conform the footage to match the rate you’re editing. If you shot everything else at 23.976 then conform your 59.94 to 23.976. You might make a duplicate copy of your clip before conforming, because it isn’t a reversible process.
