    hey guys
I shot a scene with 4 cameras. 3 were 7d and the other was a JVC GYHD200U w/ a Firestore. For some reason, the 7d files are working just fine conforming to 24p however, all the files from the firestore are not. The conform button is greyed out and cannot be clicked on.
Here is my process. I open cinema tools, then go to file open clip. I find the 60p clip that i want to conform and hit open. With the 7d files it opens then and I simply hit conform and choose 24p, however, with the Firestore files, the video does open but the conform button is not able to be clicked on.
    Any help is greatly appreciated.
    thanks
    jared

    Hi Jared,
You can Conform the footage from the 7D (H264) , because is “Intraframe” footage.
The HDV (MPEG_2) from the FireStore can not be conformed, because is Long GOP stuff.
You need to transcode the HDV footage. Prores is your best option.
    Use MPGStreamclip.
    Cheers,
    rafael
