    Sorry, I realize that this topic has been discussed at length in other posts. I just need to confirm that what I’m doing isn’t going to mess me up big time as I get deep into my project. I’ve been filming in 24p and I’ve captured my footage with “Capture Preset: DV NTSC 48kHz” and “Sequence Preset: DV NTSC 48 kHz – 24.” Any time I simply drag a clip into my timeline/sequence it needs to be rendered. I’ve now gone to Sequence>Settings. . .> and changed my “Editing Timebase” to 29.97. This seems to have rectified the rendering issue. Is there anything else that I need to be sure to do? Ultimately I plan to use DVDs as my final media output. Thank you very very much for the help.
