  • Configuring fcp projects audio in compressor

I’m having a problem when sending fcp7 projects to compressor. Our projects as standard have 4 audio channels configured as 2 stereo pairs. When I send the project to compressor even though audio passthrough is selected on the it is looking at the audio as if it is 3.1 (L,R,lfe,C). I presume it is looking at the pairs and reading it as 3.1 so it believes it is passing it through. Any idea how I can avoid this and get the tracks out how I want. As this causes the audio to be increased by 3db and decreased on the 2 pairs respectively. If not is there a preset that will acheive this as none seem to fit.
These are pal imx 50 video codec and pcm audio
    Thanks
