    I have problem to import HD footage from Sony FX1 to Final Cut.When I open FC it say UNABLE TO LOCATE EXTERNAL DEVICE HD (1440×1880)30 fps and when I open Log and Capture I have No Comunication.Someone can tell me the exatly setting on camera and Final Cut to import the HD footage?

    Just make sure the camera is set to play back in HDV, then choose the easy setup in FCP.

    There are no “technical solutions” to your “artistic problems”.
