    Hi There,

I would like to have the contents of a precomp change depending on what comp it is a child of. So one precomp can be used within multiple other comps. Umm, lets try and explain that differently.

    I have precomp “a”.
    “a” is precomped in comps 1, 2, and 3.

So I don’t have to create three different versions of “a” I would like to have just one comp using an expression to change the layers within depending on which comp is it’s parent. This all needs to be dynamic, so the contents of “a” also changes depending on the contents of each parent which will also be dynamic. As a side note, comps 1, 2, 3, have no effect on each other and are rendered separately.

I would like to do it this way so as to save me creating 30+ individual precomps, which would create extra work and extra mess.

    Thanks,
    Stephen
