  Compressor/DVD Studio Pro Audio Failure

  I have a project that I am attempting to burn to a DVD. The project was originally built using Final Cut Pro in Panther. I recently upgraded to Leopard and went back into my project to reedit something. The file exports from Final Cut with sound. I then use compressor to encode and put it into DVD Studio Pro 4. It is put into the old project where there are other movie files build using panther. When I simulate the DVD everything plays with sound.
  When I actually burn the DVD the new track has no sound.
  I have deleted and reinstalled Compressor and DVD Studio and still no sound. I have no idea what is wrong and am extremely frustrated and confused.
  Any Ideas, suggestions would be extremely appreciated!!
