  compressor workflow

  hello…

  i’m just starting to use compressor…

  i’m wondering what is the difference between
  – using export>using compressor, and that way opening your sequence in compressor
  – export>quicktime movie (using reference file) and importing the reference movie into compressor

  is there any quality difference between the two methods, other differences.

  by using the second method you can keep using fcp while compressor is working in the background… which seems very useful…

  hope someone can give me some info on the topic…
