  compressor won’t work

  I get a message from compressor 3 – “please restart your computer or check that your installation of compressor is correct” or something like that when I try to submit a batch. Restarting doesn’t help and I did a complete install of FCS2 and then did the proapps update, so I think the installation’s complete. Any suggestions?
