    Compressor will not compress

    Hey guys,
    Im using FCP2 and when i try and compress a video clip in compressor from final cut i get this pop up saying ” UNABLE TO SUBMIT TO QUEUE, lease restart your computer or verify your compressor installation is correct”. I know how to use compressor, it just popped up not long ago, and compressor has been install on his machine for like 1 year. I restarted my computer and reinstalled AppleQmaster Node.pmkg. Can anyone please help me???

    I have had this issue in the past. I have 2 suggestions for you.

    First, delete the preferences. My favorite tool to manage preferences is:

    The next option may simply be to reinstall compressor. It is actually pretty easy, and this link will help.

    Thanks James for getting back to me.
    I reinstalled compressor using the link you give me. It was easy to follow, but now when i export from FCP to compressor, once compressor opens it shut off and say ” The application compressor quite unexpectedly” I restarted my computer and it still didnt work? Any ideas mate.
