Compressor troubleshooting

Hey all – I recently got this error message while trying to compress:

Cannot submit batch: Unable to connect to background process.

I’ve been trying to troubleshoot this myself but am going nowhere? Any suggestions?

check for file title conflicts, and perhaps try having the source and output content in seperate locations. my best guess! best!
