    Hi everyone 🙂

I’m using Compressor V3.2.3 and the client has asked me to provide the following:

    MPEG-4
Container format: .mp4 or .mov (QuickTime H.264)

    Video:
Bit rate / Quality: 30Mbps CBR minimum / Constant
    Codec: H.264 / QuickTime
    Frame size: 1920×1080
Frames per second: 25 (progressive scan)

    Audio:
    Codec: AAC
    Channels: Stereo
    Bit rate: 320 kbps
    Sample rate: 48 KHz
    Sample depth: 16 bit

Using Compressor I can’t figure out how to set it up to provide everything I’ve been asked for.
Using MPEG-4 as my file format I’m restricted to 2Mbps.
Using QuickTime with MPEG-4 Codec i can set the data rate to 30Mbps, but not at a constant bit rate.

Is anyone able to help? I’d really appreciate it. Please let me know if you need any more information.

Just to add, the timeline is ProRes 422 and I have existing QTs exported at source resolution.

In order to encode H.264 .mp4 you’d need Compressor 4.
Compressor 3 only does H.264 .mov (or m4v for iOS devices).
