    The clip (below) was shot and edited in SD. Brought into Compressor and converted to HD mp4 and then uploaded to vimeo (I do find the resulting video quality on vimeo to be better with SD projects)

    You’ll notice that in clips with horizontal movement, there are jaggy artifacts on the edges. You’ll notice it on the groom’s legs when he enters the church around the :30 second mark, and several other shots.

    Is there a setting in Compressor that I should change to fix this?

    What format was this shot in? Most importantly, what frame rate and interlaced/progressive settings?

    Enable Frame Controls and use the presets…try that.
