I have a 432×240 QT animation video, about 1.5 min long. I drag the video file into compressor, set it to to the following settings:
    H.264, 432×240, 15fps, streaming optimized

Compressor starts compressing fine, but when it gets to about 45%, it simply goes back to 10%, and resumes. It’s still going right now, and it has gone back to 10% about 4 times so far. Any suggestions?

No way to know from here without being able to see yoru files.

Use a different codec and tell us what happens.
