Compressor not recognized by FCP wont Submit.
Hey peeps;
problem: I upgraded from suit2 to suit3 last night, now that im trying to export a sequence using “Export using Compressor”, I cant, its not even an option in the Export tab! How can I get final cut pro 7 to recognize Compressor 3.5?
Also, i tried using the “Send to…” with compressor; it does open, however, once I drag my settings and destinations, hit submit, and name my file, the submit button is shaded. It wont let me click on it!!!
Any tips?

Something is wrong with your install. I can export to Compressor from FCP 7.0.2 .
Did you do a clean install or just update over FCS2? Also is the OS and FCS3 fully updated to latest versions?
Meanwhile, you could export a self contained QT movie (use current settings) and then open that in Compressor.
