October 21, 2005 at 7:16 pmI’ve been using MPEG Streamclip to mux the 5.1 ac3 audio and m2v video files spat out of compressor. Very fast – almost worryingly so – but I can’t find any fault with the synch on a 90 minute encode.

October 21, 2005 at 7:22 pmYes, I’ve been using that as well. My only complaint is it doesn’t let me set PID values.
Oh, and it seems to do DVB-style muxing for ac-3, and so I’ve had some trouble with ATSC playback.
