  Compressor Messes up 23.98 Timecode

  I’m trying to make offline clips for our DVCProHD 720p23.98 footage. Anytime I take a 23.98 clip from FCP and run it through Compressor the timecode changes drastically. I’ve tried h.264, Photo JPEG, and DVCProHD. I’ve tried both “Current” frame rate and specifying 23.976. Doesn’t seem to matter what I do, the timecode always jumps, even if I transcode to the exact same codec and frame rate. Anyone encounter this and found a solution? Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks!
