    Hi,

I’m converting some SD 720×480 29.97 footage to HD 1440×1080 23.98 in Compressor.

Under video settings on the “encoder” tab I’ve set a custom frame rate of 23.976, which I read on this forum was the best thing to do.

So, on the “frame controls” tab under ‘set duration to’ I’m not sure what to choose.

The default is “100.000% of source”, but I can also choose a variety of different frame rates or choose “so source frames play at 23.98 fps”

What should I choose? Just leave it at the default of 100% of source?

    Thanks!

Leave it as 100% of source. You don’t want to speed it up, nor slow it down. But keep it the same duration.
