  Compressor Flicker Issues

  I have 9 – 90 minute videos that I have exported from Final Cut Pro using compressor. For all of them I used the setting 90 min dvd best quality. Each of the videos has random flickers when there is a cut. Its very sporadic, some dvds it happens 1 time, others 10-20. I went back and looked at the original files in Final Cut Pro and there are no flickers, only in the compressed file. Do you have any idea what I can do to prevent this? We need to have these videos done as soon as possible and this issue is holding us up. Any help would be very much appreciated! Thank you!
