  Compressor encoding only part of image?

  Hi Guys, almost finished and now this! I had to re-encode to a lower bitrate to get all my items on one disk (90 minutes plus extras). When I re-encoded with the bitrate of 5.0 and 6.0 max the output is very strange! My movie is blank on the video track until about the last third then it comes on? It did this on two different items? The audio is fine. I can even click on the video asset and preview the track and it plays fine. When I bring it into DVD Studio it is two thirds blank? ANY ideas whats causing this?
