  compressor cutting images

  i have some footage that was shot on a blue screen, and i have keyed out the footage and placed some graphics in the background. everything looks great in FCP, but when i export using compressor, the keyed footage is missng the bottom half. it looks like its been masked or something. when i export a quicktime, everything looks fine. anyone have any suggestions? i really need some help, i’m new at this and i’m already running behind.
