  compressor causes hits!!!!!

  Finally made the upgrade to FCP 5. Noticed that compressor is more elaborate than it used to be. Looks cool, but I keep getting hits when compressing MPEG – 2 files. Every so often I’ll see a green square or something of the sort when playing back the video track in DVDSP 4. I’m just trying to compress a DV NTSC sequence to DVD, using Compressor’s MPEG-2 60 min high quality encode. (like I did with FCP4.5 when it was working just fine). Using:

  Dual 2.0 G5
  Mac OS Tiger
  FCP 5.0.4
  KONA 2
  External SATA 2 RAID

  What could be causing the headache this time doctors? Please help!!!!
