  Compressor- artifact when outputting QT with H.264

  Hello,

  I am outputting a video file from Final Cut Pro and getting a thin black bar across the top of my quicktime movie file.

  Specs:

  Starting with HDV1080i60, exporting from compressor using the H.264 codec with high quality as a quicktime movie with dimensions 320×240 pixels after cropping both the left and right sides.

  Has anyone experienced this type of artifact?
