  Compressor 4.0.7 Not Seeing Cluster

  Hey all,

  This is a rather specific question, hopefully someone out there can assist me.

  I’m running os 10.8.5 with two versions of compressor installed – 4.0.7 and 3.5.3

  Both have been able to run without issue except version 4.0.7 can’t see the local cluster I create through qmaster.

  Version 3.5.3 is able to see the cluster and I’ve attempted to follow the troubleshooting steps for version 4.0.7 which is to delete the Apple Qmaster folder in Library/Application Support which upon restarting the system and opening the program should recreate the folder. But it has not recreated the folder and has not solved the problem.

  Any help would be greatly appreciated.
