Compressor 3x crash service down
hey guyshad this problem pop up several time in the last few days.
the error comes from compressor both sending to from fcp and just drag and dropping.
the error reads simply 3x crash service down.

btw this has happened on my comp and several at the labs I work with
studio 2, mac pro’s both 2.66 quads with 2 gigs and 3.0 quads with 2gigs. going to internal and external (via FW) drives. All with h.264 setting up my own compression settings

Ok!!!!
I had this problem….. I was dragging the .mov to compressor and got the 3x crash messages… the solution for me is to use the add file on the compressor menu bar and voila !!!! problem solved…
