Compressions – Yuck!
I run an edit suite and man am I in compression hell most of the time. Does anyone know of a good resource that could train a person to really understand different types of compressions? I know the basics but I spend most of my time in trial and error mode. I’m hoping to find a digital resource of some kind like a video I could order or a book that acutally makes sense.

ben waggoner has a book about compression.
He’s the compression master pretty much.
