Compression Packages – wmv files
I presently use Cleaner to turn my video into .wmv files, but I need better quality than WMV 7. Is there a mac application that can create .wmv files using the Windows Media Video version 9 codec?

not sure about their 2nd version, but the original Flip4mac worked great.
It’s $99, but it added .wmv functionality to FCP.
So you just export it natively from FCP. -
How does it look when making WMV-HD??

I picked up a $30 plugin from Popwire.com to get wmv-9 export capability from FCP. I’m sure it’s not as complete as the Flip4Mac package I was going to buy, but for $30 its been pretty handy.
