    compression master not importing .mov

    Hi:
    i was just trying Compression master and coudnt import a standard .mov file exported from Final cut.
    This is a self contained quicktime file using standard settings so i dont know why the program says file format not supported.

    I also tried with other .mov variations and they also dont work.

    i export as avi and it compressed to mpeg2 (what i am trying) but…the colors are greenish.

    any ideas?

    There are some formats and codecs that Compression Master does not support at this time as inputs. Your best bet is to contact their support directly and let them know what format you are attempting to use. They will probably have you upload a file to their ftp and have a fix for you in the next release.
