Compression Master 4.0 crashing?
I am considering purchasing Compression Master and have been evaluating it. I’m just looking through the settings and interface. It has crashed at least 6 times just clicking on parameters (randomly throughtout the app) and twice while quitting. Just now I was unable to open the app until I deleted the prefs.
Seems like from reading through archives of this and other lists version 3.X has been stable. Perhaps there is a conflict I do not know about.
Has anyone else seen this kind of instability with 4.0? Any idea why I am seeing this? I can’t imagine buying this app as things stand now.

Go to Popwires web site and check through the support pages… if it’s not there then submit a ‘ticket’ – they are excellent at responding to individual questions/problems.

Got a response from Popwire support saying that the general instability has been fixed in a forthcoming bug fix.
