  Compression issue with JPEG motion builder file

  I am scratching my head over the following issue and it’s most likely a simple oversight on my side.

  I exported an animation file out of motion builder in 24fps JPEG format. I am importing it into compressor 3.5 and plan to convert it into a 24fps prores proxy file for editing purposes in FCP. For some weird reason it keeps exporting it as a file with 3428 frames instead of the original 4281. Settings are the same as original, 24fps.

  What am I doing wrong? If I import the same file into quicktime 7, it exports it in the correct length and format.
