Compression for streaming , does Vegas make good Quicktime ?

The steps I use:

Choose render as QT. On the render as dialogue select ‘custom’. On the project tab select ‘best’ from the drop down selection. On the video tab under frame size select ‘multimedia 320×240’. For frame rate select 25 frames for PAL or 29.970 for NTSC (We use PAL for Aussie). Under field order select ‘none’. With pixel aspect ratio I use 1.093 for PAL. Under video format select ‘none’. Compressed depth can be left at ’32bpp color
