hey guys thanks for all the help!!!! got my first project cut and ready and it looks great….I shot with the hpx 170 720p 60p….. cut with FCP and exported dvcpro HD 720px960…..sent to compressor HD dvd: mpeg-2 30 min.

Its a 12 min pice and is just under 2 gigs…….
    It looks great!

Questions….1. is there a better way to export from FC
    2. is there a better setting for dvd than the one I used in compressor?

    Always looking for better Quality…..
    Thanks so much.

HD-DVD was declared dead about 2 years ago.

DSP cannot do HD video right now. You can either convert to SD via Compressor or make a Blu-Ray DVD with Toast or Adobe Encore.

If your show is less than 20 minutes you can make a red laser Blu-Ray via Compressor 3.05.
