I have a video that’s almost 3 minutes in length and I would like to resize it to about 351 x 260 pixels and put it in my website. How do I compress the video and turn it to that dimension using after effects? I know I would lose resolution but I wanted to make a good balance between good picture (and audio) and fast download. I also want to make it in quicktime format. Thanks.

To make it that size, drag it into a comp of that size, scale it down and render using composition>make movie. In the Output Module, render to a Quicktime Movie using the Sorenson codec.

If you want Sorenson to look good, you should buy Sorenson Squeeze. In AE, render using the lossless preset (to Quicktime), then compress to Sorenson 3 using Squeeze.

By the way, you may have to render to a size divisible by 4, as 351 is not.

For more info on doing this in AE, check the AE Help.
