hi i need to load my music videos onto the net. I was wondering if anyone knows the best codec and sizes. Each vid is about 3 / 4 mins. At the moment i’ve compressed them as mpegs at 320×240 which is roughly 16mb. Does Prem Pro suport this?

    Many Thanks

Have you heard of Sorenson Squeeze. If not, fittling with the few settings in there will be your answer

Personally, I use Windows Media 9. I post the duration and file size next to the vids – https://www.stevengotz.com/myvideos.htm

They are not the greatest videos, but the compression is decent.
