I have 2 hours of video that I compressed for web, but realized afterward that I had forgotten one little thing. I am hoping to save time by just adding the little piece to the video that I have already compressed.. but will it save any time? I also don’t want it to dumb down the video even more. What is the best way to go about adding this little piece in without losing quality and without having to wait through that compression time again?

If you are using Quicktime for both pieces of video then you can combine the two using the copy and paste function in QuickTime pro. If you are using any other format you’ll need to do the compression step from scratch.
