compress in MOV so it’s the lightest possible
hello,
I have to deliver MOV videos, the longest is one hour, and they are designed for download so they have to be the lightest possible. The image size is fixed (476×268). The soundtrack is just voice.
So far the only parameters that I have adjusted are the compression codec (I chose H264) and the sound (44Hz instead of 48). I know that Compressor, which is the tool I have, has other parameters for the compression, but I have no idea which to tweak to get lighter files.
Can anyone give me a preset that is pretty optimal?

You’ll want to tweak the data rate. Your video is so small you should be able to lower the data rate to 400-500 kpbs.
