Better how? I use Squeeze for broadcast and DVD/Blu-Ray authoring and I don’t have any glaring issues with it. Is there one aspect or set of features you’re looking for that Squeeze doesn’t fulfill?

You could look at Telestream Episode. It’s in a similar class to Squeeze so “better” depends on your needs and preferences.

i love squeeze! i use it everyday, i was just seeking other options as i build a new edit suite.
i’m going to stick with squeeze thoguh.
