Compositing with Subclips
Premiere/AE Vet making the migration to Resolve– overall impressed, but having the worst time trying to comp. a clip. Total newbie to Fusion.
Doing a generic image key of a green square on a laptop in the clip, delta key going just fine– managed to successfully merge the comp clip underneath but am having a whale of a time trying to get that clip to start at its normal in and out points. Right now the clip always starts at 0 frames and I have to guess, hoping it matches the audio.
Attempted to source the merge clip to a subclip, but Fusion doesn’t seem to recognize the subclip at all, just shows blank video.
Yes, i quit and restart, tried different clips. Any thoughts?
