  Compositing with Studio Top shots – References?

  Hi there. I hope this is still the right forum to ask for references… if not please tell me where to post

  I am looking for any compositing with studio top shots where to shots that were actually shot from the top, were composed in post in A way… (General, I know!)
  here is an example from Lars von Trier’s Dogville
