component out “mini-d” cable replacement
I’ve got an ex1 contected to an external lcd monitor via the component out port using the “mini-d” cable that came with the camera.
The mini-d cable sticks out right into the base of my palm when I’m shooting handheld so it’s only a matter of time before I bust it off.
Does anyone know of a right angle mini-d replacement for this cable? Is there a generic name for the mini-d connector or is it a proprietary Sony connection?

Not that I have the answer but I don’t think that Sony could have put those connectors in a more precarious place.
order a new cable through your dealer. I bought extra cables from Band Pro because I know it’s just a metter of time…
