    Hi,

is it possible to create more grades at the same shot to quickly switch and compare/tweak?
for example, in apple color you can just click something like ”add new grade”. Im familiar with the ”grab still” function but when you got a production with a few hundred shots (wich i got now), and you want to create 4 versions of each shot, i guess it will be a mess. it would be perfect if you could just press ‘1’ for grade 1, and ‘2’for grade 2 and so on.

    any tips/suggestions?

yes, versions allow you do exactly what you’re asking. You have unlimited versions in resolve, you can name them etc. There are shortcuts for quickly flipping back and forth and depending what panel (if any) you’re using there are version buttons for moving between the different grades.

All of this BTW clearly outlined and defined in the user manual.

    Versions: pp. 639-642.

I believe the shortcut for cycling through versions is option-P, but there’s a dedicated button for it on the full daVinci panels.
