  Comp layers and frame rates

  I’m having this issue where the edge of my layers are not lining up to the exact frame line. They are in between frames in my comp. The keyframes line up, but the layer edges don’t. I thought it was a frame rate issue in my other comps but they all match. Previously, those comps that aren’t lining up were 25fps and not 29.97fps. I want them on the frame edges. Is there a setting or something I’m not seeing?
