Hello all, I was hoping to get some guidance. I’m currently an editor of commercials and industrial videos and I’m looking to learn about the art of mixing audio myself. Are there any online or video courses you can recommend? Everything I seem to find is for music audio, which is not my goal. Also, what programs/ equipment should I be investing in? Sorry if I come off naive.

    Any suggestions?

Decide what platform floats your boat.
Id suggest pro Tools is the industry standard.
Go to the Avid.com site and look out the training for pro tools of find a certified pro tools training course near you.
Enrol on a 101 course, and then work your way up into Post production specifics etc.
Buy your system and enjoy being free from the restriction of NLE audio restrictions.
